Notion Wish List Template

Organize, track, filter, and share your wish lists effortlessly in Notion!

Template includes:

Getting Started:

Upon purchase, you'll receive a link to the template. Simply open the link and click the word 'Duplicate' in the navigation bar located at the top of the page. This will copy the template directly to your personal Notion account.

Using the Template

1. Adding New Lists

Your homepage is divided into two categories, private and shared. Adding new wish lists is as simple as clicking a single button! Just select + Add new list and a new database will be created and opened on a new page.

2. Wish Lists Database

The wish list template will create a table with everything you need to get organized. You can add a name, price, link(s), or comments, designate the priority, check off purchased items, and reference when the item was added. On shared wish lists, you'll also have the option of assigning list items to individuals to identify who it belongs to.

3. Filter Lists with Views

Lastly, with both private and shared lists, you'll have to ability to filter your table by price, priority, and purchase status! To access this feature simply select Default View at the top of the table. This will open a drop-down with six different views you can use to filter what appears in your table.
